include:
current legal issues and hot cases affecting nursing practice, ethical dilemmas and how to resolve them, legal pitfalls of documentation, current case law involving nursing and medical negligence, common areas of negligence (medication errors, failure to properly monitor, failure to use good nursing judgment in nursing practice, nursing home cases), cases involving intentional and quasi intentional torts (assault, battery, medical battery, false imprisonment, defamation, breach of confidentiality, breach of privacy), and how to keep your license and avoid disciplinary actions.

Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
