The Alaris® EtCO2 module alarms when default alarm limits are met. Default alarm limits are set per profile by your hospital in the data set. You may change the defaults at the bedside to meet individual patient needs. Always ensure the alarm limits are appropriate to safely monitor each patient. After completing this topic you will be able to:
