Disconnect Occluded Disposable (Cannula) Alarm

This alarm occurs after the EtCO2 module has tried to clear the disposable and is unsuccessful. Try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. First try disconnecting and reconnecting the disposable since the module may just need to be reset.
2. If a second alarm occurs discard the disposable and attach a new one.
