Powering Down the Entire System

When you have several channels attached and would like to turn all of them off, it may be faster to power off the entire system, including the Alaris® PC point-of-care unit. To power down the entire system:

  1. Press the OPTIONS key, which is located to the left of the Main Display.
  2. Press the Power Down All Channels soft key.
  3. To confirm that you want to Power Down All Channels, press the YES soft key. While the unit is powering off, the Main Display will flash Powering Down.
