Changing Rate, VTBI, or Dose of an Infusion

To change the rate, volume to be infused, or dose of an infusion:

1. Press CHANNEL SELECT on the channel you want to change.
2. Press the RATE, VTBI, or DOSE soft key on the Alaris® PC point-of-care unit.
3. Enter the information using the numeric keys, or, for rate titration, use the Up or Down arrow key.
4. Verify that the information is correct and press the START soft key.

Note: You do not have to pause the infusion to change these parameters.
