Alaris® Pump module Keys
You learned about most of the channel keys in the Alaris® PC point-of-care unit training. This is a brief review.
- CHANNEL SELECT allows you to designate the channel
you would like to program.
- PAUSE is used to pause an infusion on the
channel. After 2 minutes, you are prompted to restart.
- CHANNEL OFF is used to power off the
channel. Remember that if only one channel is running, the
entire system will power down.
- RESTART is used to restart a channel that was
previously paused or was in an alarm state.
