Practices That May Lead to Set Misloading

The photos on the right illustrate practices that may lead to misloading the set into the Alaris® Pump module:

• Never insert the safety clamp* on the pumping mechanism into the Alaris® Pump module (as shown in the left hand photo) before inserting the upper fitment.
• Do not touch the upper fitment or hold the tubing (as shown in the right hand photos) while closing and latching the Alaris® Pump module door .
