Bio

Jordan Ellis is an Instructor at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in December of 2011, and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in August of 2016.

Ms. Ellis serves as course faculty for the Women’s Health course. She has clinical experience as a staff and charge nurse in Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum at Baton Rouge General Hospital, and received her Certification in Inpatient Obstetrics from the National Certification Cooperation in April of 2017.

Ms. Ellis is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, and the Epsilon Nu Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
