Activity Description/Outcome: This learning activity is designed to update participants on the current state of health care and health care coordination in the United States. The participant will identify key components of today’s health care access, coordination, and delivery with insights into the future. The content will focus on what is working well in today’s health care environment and what are the challenges; as well as Going Forward: Innovations.

Target Audience: Registered Nurses who care for patients in any setting

Participants will earn 3.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education.
