Programs
The Evidence-based Clinical Fellows Program (EBCFP) provides nurse and physician clinicians, managers, policy makers, and quality managers in healthcare with proven approaches to implementing evidence into practice. The course involves two, one-week intensive training workshops, separated by an implementation period of four to five months. In the intervening months, participants develop an implementation project, and execute strategies to implement and evaluate their project in their work environment. The EBCFP includes a one-day ‘Clinical Leadership Workshop' that equips health professionals with the knowledge and tools required to be effective clinical leaders. Registration and Fees: $2,500, of which a minimum $400 non-refundable deposit is due by March 30, 2020. Discounted fees are available for LSUHNO SON graduate students and faculty, and JBI Clinical Partner organizations. Make checks or money orders payable to LSUHNO School of Nursing and mail to: Eligible participants will earn up to 42.75 contact hours of continuing nursing education based on attendance.
