St. Roch Night Out Against Crime

On Tuesday, October 13, 2015, students attended the St. Roch Night Out Against Crime event. Nursing, medical and public health students and faculty members met people from the community and took blood pressures, explained blood pressure values, demonstrated oral hygiene techniques, explained car seat safety, the importance of breast self-exams, and gave away Band-Aids, ice packs, pill holders, toothbrushes, floss, mouthwash, toothpaste and cell phone holders.
