The LSU New Orleans School of Nursing's SANE Program is dedicated to training and certifying registered nurses to provide patient care after a sexual assault. The program has ended as of June 30, 2025. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) provided financial support for this program.
