Loading the Syringe

Follow the procedure on this and subsequent pages to load a syringe in the Alaris® PCA module:

1. Open the syringe barrel clamp.

• Pull the syringe barrel clamp out and hold it.
• Rotate the clamp to the left until it clears the syringe chamber.
• Gently release the clamp.
