Programming an Infusion with Guardrails® PCA Pause Protocol Enabled

1. Prepare the infusion and select a Guardrails® drug as described previously in the training.

2. To confirm the drug and concentration selections, press the Yes soft key.

3. A clinical advisory appears. Attach and start an Alaris® SpO2 and/or EtCO2 module and then press the CONFIRM soft key.
