During and After the Bolus
Infusion
During a bolus infusion:
- Green Infusing Status Indicator illuminates.
- Rate appears in Channel Rate Display.
- Dose and drug name scroll on Channel Message Display.
- Main Display alternates between bolus VTBI and drug name with dose.
At the completion of a bolus infusion:
- The system beeps twice.
- Bolus Dose Complete scrolls on Channel Message
Display.
- The continuous dose infusion initiates.
