Program Outcomes

  1. Assessment and documentation of the adult patient's: physical status, mental status, and psychosocial status.

  2. Continuously planning and organizing patient care by utilizing the nursing process while integrating: ANA standards of practice and JCAHO national patient safety goals.
    • (To be included in RNRP Module(s) 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).
  3. Utilizes patient data to formulate a plan involving: ethics, evidenced based practice, nursing process, leadership, and resource utilization. Prioritizes the patient plan of care.

  4. Promotes quality nursing care and demonstrates leadership by implementing, coordinating, and documenting the plan of care.
