- Assessment and documentation of the adult patient's: physical status, mental status,
and psychosocial status.

- Continuously planning and organizing patient care by utilizing the nursing process
while integrating: ANA standards of practice and JCAHO national patient safety goals.

- Utilizes patient data to formulate a plan involving: ethics, evidenced based practice,
nursing process, leadership, and resource utilization. Prioritizes the patient plan
of care.
