Scholarship Opportunities for LSU Health New Orleans School of Nursing Students

LSU Foundation Donor-provided Scholarships

The LSU Foundation fundraises from our generous donors to provide numerous scholarships each academic year for our undergraduate students. Foundation scholarships are in addition to scholarships offered by the various schools of LSU Health, have specified criteria, and will be reviewed by a selection committee. Check this page periodically for information about these scholarships.

LSU – LCMC Health Scholars Program

Through a generous gift from LCMC Health, a select group of LSU nursing students receive tuition, designated fees, mentorship, and academic support throughout their nursing studies. Upon successful completion of their nursing education, LSU-LCMC Health Scholars also receive job placement at an LCMC health facility.

Learn more about this opportunity, including eligibility requirements, timelines, and work commitments by visiting the LSU-LCMC Health Scholars Program website.

LSU Health Sciences School of Nursing Scholarships

Additional LSU-HSC School of Nursing Scholarships are available each fall and spring semester. When scholarship opportunities become available, application links will be posted on this page. We encourage you to take advantage of this additional potential source of funding for your education!
