Scholarship Opportunities for Nursing Students

LSUHSC Institution Scholarships

LSU Health Foundation is excited to open the fall 2024 scholarship application!

The Foundation fundraises from our generous donors to provide numerous scholarships each academic year for our students. Foundation scholarships are in addition to scholarships offered by the various schools of LSU Health, have specified criteria, and will be reviewed by a selection committee.

The application will be open Tuesday, September 17th through Tuesday, October 1st, 4:00 p.m. CST

Discover and apply for these opportunities here: https://lsuhealthfoundation.academicworks.com.

The scholarships are open to Traditional, CARE, and RNBSN/EARN students. We encourage you to take advantage of this additional potential source of funding for your education!

LSU – LCMC Health Scholars Program

Through a generous gift from LCMC Health, a select group of LSU nursing students receive tuition, designated fees, mentorship, and academic support throughout their nursing studies. Upon successful completion of their nursing education, LSU-LCMC Health Scholars also receive job placement at an LCMC health facility.
